Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

The main components of CRM are building and managing customer relationships through marketing, observing relationships as they mature through distinct phases, managing these relationships at each stage and recognizing that the distribution of value of a relationship to the firm is not homogenous. When building and managing customer relationships through marketing, firms might benefit from using a variety of tools to help organizational design, incentive schemes, customer structures, and more to optimize the reach of its marketing campaigns.

Through the acknowledgement of the distinct phases of CRM, businesses will be able to benefit from seeing the interaction of multiple relationships as connected transactions. The final factor of CRM highlights the importance of CRM through accounting for the profitability of customer relationships. Through studying the particular spending habits of customers, a firm may be able to dedicate different resources and amounts of attention to different types of consumers.

Relational Intelligence, or awareness of the variety of relationships a customer can have with a firm, is an important component to the main phases of CRM. Companies may be good at capturing demographic data, such as gender, age, income, and education, and connecting them with purchasing information to categorize customers into profitability tiers, but this is only a firm’s mechanical view of customer relationships. This therefore is a sign that firms believe that customers are still resources that can be used for up-sell or cross-sell opportunities, rather than humans looking for interesting and personalized interactions.

Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)

Manufacturing Resource Planning is very flexible and provides an integrated business cycle for the planning and management of every activity within the manufacturing process. Manufacturing works equally well for repetitive, make to stock or make to order implementations.

BOM is the most fundamental part of the MRP system, including parts list details and summary reports.
Parts list could be generated from StruCAD, ProSteel, and XSteel applications.
Bill Of Material Reports, includes Gross and Net Weight, Loose Items, Bolt List

Optimizing linear nesting for required parts, it is a powerful tool that enhances performance, and minimizes the wasted materials before any production process.

Reports: Steel Profile Data, Cutting Linear Nesting Results / Required Material, Cutting Linear Nesting Results / Parts Nesting, and Cutting Details

Optimizes all stock processes with workflow-driven functions which enables accurate monitoring of warehousing inventory and management, thus allowing for reconciliation and enhance delivery scheduling quality. Powerful item description and processing capabilities including expiration date, batch management, lot trace and bar coding. Warehouse inventories, product index, opening product balance,  dynamic balance and product information card are all core parts of this module providing the usesr with a methodical process of warehouse management and monitoring. No less contributing are our Material Store Requisition (M.S.R.), Store Issue Voucher (S.I.V.), Store Returns Vourcher (S.R.V.) and Store Receivables (S.Rcv.) controling the products activities at either a warehouse or project level.

A set of dynamic reports provide the user with a status update, i.e. Material Store Requisition, Material Reservation, Material State and Control e.t.a so as action can be taken upon as neccessary.

A system were purchases are made in relation to the Purchase Requisition, and Inventory, with integration to Accounting  module. Purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices are all reflected and monitored through out the purchase cycle. Price analysis and history from different vendors is dynamically performed thus minimizing the search and selection of the supplier. Fully integrated to all other modules of the system, it covers purchases of fixed assets, raw material, consumables and all other items that may be used by the company or project and at the same time populating such purchases to costing and revenue analysis in Financial System. An additional level of cost monitoring and approval is provided by the procurement process were purchase orders in a whole or individual items are reviewed and processed accordingly.

Follow up on all activities within the manufacturing cycle as initially requested and designed accordingly. This is a process that takes place at the early stages of the project, thus matching customer requirements with a compliance statement and application development. Production process monitoring includes and not limited to cutting, splice, pre-assembling, welding, stiffeners, flanges, drilling, cleaning, painting, or customized for any other activities.

Reports: Fabrication Control Sheet, Progress Control Sheet, QC / Dispatch Control Sheet

Quality Control release processes and reports for completed items, which is fully automated and integrated with related activities.

Dispatch reports for Quality Control released items with the bar-coding system.

All transactions are saved in the system, from where you can retrieve the information you require. Further to master reports, the user can tailor-made the information and level of details he requires within a report through our data analysis and customized parameters report structure. Thus, you can get information about work orders such as quantities, variances, check project status for fabricated, QC released, and dispatched items, with many analysis levels, starting from item, group, building to the entire project. It is an invaluable tool for analysing finished jobs and helping to plan and optimise future jobs and tasks. Therefore, please find below a list of reports generated by the system and associated to each module.
